Born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, I’ve always been a loyal LSU fan and have proudly called Baton Rouge home since 2009. I earned my B.A. in Mass Communications from Louisiana State University in 2012—back when I spent my weekends serving up hot boiled crawfish at Sammy’s Grill on Highland and making friends for life.
After LSU, I attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where I received my Juris Doctor in 2017. During law school, I served on Moot Court and participated in the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice, focusing on children’s rights and family law. I was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in October 2017.
My legal career has included both family law and insurance defense, but since founding Magnolia Law in 2022, my practice has been devoted exclusively to family law. Practicing law is not just my profession—it’s my passion. I am detail-oriented, direct, and deeply committed to achieving the best possible results for my clients. I don’t sugarcoat the facts, and I approach every case with a competitive spirit and relentless advocacy.
As the owner of Magnolia Law, I am proud to lead a team that shares my commitment to excellence and integrity. I invest heavily in continuing education and practical learning opportunities to ensure that every attorney in our firm is among the best in the field. Our team specializes in complex family law matters—particularly those involving business ownership, high net worth individuals, and complex community property disputes.
At Magnolia Law, we work collaboratively, often handling cases as a team so our clients benefit from multiple perspectives and collective expertise. We believe in providing exceptional representation through efficiency, communication, and compassion—helping clients protect what matters most.
In recognition of my work and leadership in the legal profession, I was honored to be selected as one of the Louisiana State Bar Association Young Lawyers Division’s 2023 Top 40 Award recipients. I am also an active member of Forum 225 and the Baton Rouge Bar Association, where I remain engaged with peers and community initiatives.
Outside the office, I’m a wife, mother of two, and proud dog mom to Barney and Beanie. In my free time, you can find me riding my electric bike with my family or exploring the outdoors—whether it’s snow-covered mountains or sunny beaches. I find peace in nature and joy in time spent with my loved ones. That same joy is what drives my passion for helping families through difficult times. My goal in every case is to guide my clients through life’s legal challenges so they can return their focus to what truly matters.
