Davi Clement Weber

A River Parish native, Davi Clement Weber is from the small but charming town of Lutcher, Louisiana. She graduated from Louisiana State University in 2017 and continued residing in Baton Rouge while she attended law school. She received her Juris Doctor and Diploma in Comparative Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU in 2020. While in law school, Davi studied abroad in France and surrounding countries, shadowed attorneys at Child Advocacy Services, and interned for the East Baton Rouge Parish Public Defender’s Office.

Davi’s legal career has focused primarily on family law in the River Parishes. She believes in providing a personal understanding to her clients as they navigate what can be the most tumultuous time of their life. She is comfortable mediating in the conference room and litigating in the court room. She commits fully to her clients and is proud to be part of a team of attorneys and staff who do the same.

Since being admitted into practice, Davi married her husband, Dustin Weber, and they welcomed their son, Brady Paul, in August of 2024. When she is not working, Davi enjoys traveling (mostly to Disney World), cheering on the LSU Tigers, and being with her family.
