Ashley Arinder

Senior Associate Attorney

With nearly two decades of legal experience, Ashley Arinder is a seasoned family law attorney at Magnolia Law, where she represents clients in all areas of domestic relations, including high-asset divorce, complex child custody matters, community property division, intrafamily adoption, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Ashley also advises clients in estate planning, probate, and successions, providing a seamless approach for families navigating transitions that affect both their personal and financial futures.

Admitted to practice in 2007, Ashley has built her career on strategic advocacy, practical problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to her clients. Her approach is both analytical and empathetic—she develops individualized legal strategies tailored to each client’s goals while maintaining the perspective and composure necessary to protect what matters most.

Ashley’s courtroom experience is complemented by her thorough case preparation and deep network of professionals. She collaborates with accountants, financial advisors, appraisers, and mental health experts to present a complete, compelling picture in every case. Clients value her ability to provide clear guidance through emotionally charged and complex legal issues with discretion, confidence, and compassion.

Ashley earned her Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center in 2007 and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University in 2004. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she interned at the East Baton Rouge Parish Public Defender’s Office and while in law school, she interned at the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal—gaining early exposure to both trial and appellate practice.

Dedicated to giving back, Ashley volunteers with the Baton Rouge Bar Association’s Pro Bono Project, where she was recognized in 2023 for contributing more than 100 hours of legal service to low-income clients. She is an active member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association and its Family Law Section.

Ashley resides in Baton Rouge with her daughter. In addition to being an attorney, she previously worked in her family’s business as a licensed arborist, where she developed the discipline, focus, and work ethic that continues to define her legal practice today. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring new cuisines, often recreating dishes from her favorite destinations in her own kitchen.
